At Ugnė Atelier, every beeswax candle is handcrafted with patience, care, and the natural beauty of pure wax. We want you to feel delighted with every piece you receive.
If something isn’t quite right, this policy explains how returns and refunds work for our online store.

Items Not Eligible for Return

Because our products are handcrafted and made from natural materials, certain items cannot be returned:

  • Used, lit, or partially melted candles

  • Custom-made or personalized orders

  • Products with natural variations (color tone, texture, slight shape differences) that occur naturally in beeswax crafting


Exchanges

We only replace candles if they arrive damaged or defective.

If your item arrives broken or melted due to shipping conditions, please email us with photos within 48 hours of delivery.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Processing time may vary depending on your bank or card provider.

Sale Items

Items purchased on sale or with a discount code are not eligible for refunds.


Shipping Returns

Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible:

    • The candle must be unused, unlit, and in its original condition.

    • Items must be returned in their original packaging to ensure safe transit.

    • A proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
